Found the coupon on Facebook. Here's the direct link to the print out the coupon from Coupons.com (you will need to install a small coupon printer program, this is how they ensure that each coupon is unique, you can print up to 2 per computer):

Can't receive $3.00 diaper coupons. Said not available in our area.
These were Facebook promotional coupons for Huggies, they have expired and are no longer offering them. However, I have found that if you go to Coupons.com directly, they will have a bunch of coupons offered including 1 Huggies $3 off coupon (printable only once per computer). You may have to scroll through the list of coupons before you spot the Huggies coupon
